We like feeling we have something that completes our outfit that is special and unique and most of our clients feel the same. Our business at Bangle and Clutch has been built on providing all of our clients with unique accessories in limited quantity along with the best possible service and an excellent shopping experience. We will do everything in our power to ensure your shopping experience as a Bangle and Clutch client is superb. We truly appreciate any referrals to friends, family and coworkers. Online Shipping of Your Order -

We ship via UPS but also offer flat rate USPS shipping. Our UPS shipping rates are calculated for each purchase in accordance with UPS’s charge to ship your package. At check out you will see the cost to ship your order as well as alternate UPS delivery options. These charges are based on the size and weight of your items purchased and your delivery as well as your delivery zip code and State. We are sorry but at this time we are unable to accept International orders, please check back in a few months.
All online orders received Monday-Friday before 1:00 PM EST will be filled and should ship UPS that day. Orders that are placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends will be filled the next business day. We do not ship on major holidays. If we have a problem filling your order we will contact you. If you have provided us email contact information you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number when your order ships.

Should you elect USPS flat rate shipping you can expect your order to arrive in approximately 4-5 business days.

Returns and Exchanges -

To ensure quality all items will be fully inspected and tagged before shipping. Items purchased from BangleandClutch.com must be returned by mail within 10 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange. Simply follow the return instructions.

Custom orders, gift certificates, promotional and sale items may not be returned. (For sanitary purposes earrings and hair accessories may not be returned or exchanged, sorry no exceptions).Your item must be returned unused in its original condition, in its original packaging and all labels, stickers and or tags must remain attached. In the event that your purchase has included a free gift with purchase, the free gift must be enclosed with your return and must be in new unused condition. If your free gift has not been included or has been used the retail value of your free gift will be deducted from your refund. Your refund, credit or exchange may not include shipping and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee if you do not adhere to the terms and conditions. Expedited and flat rate shipping charges are not refundable.

If you have elected to have your item shipped UPS and it is eligible for an exchange a pre-paid shipping label will be enclosed with your shipment for this purpose. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice. To ensure proper credit, please retain the UPS tracking number until the credit has been posted to your account. If you have elected flat rate shipping via USPS please mail your return or exchange with a copy of your invoice to:

Gift Cards -

Gift cards are available from $50.00-$1500.00. After your credit card has been processed gift cards will immediately be emailed to the recipient. Any returns on gift card purchases will be refunded to the gift card only.

How We Calculate Tax-

If you are shipping to a CT location we are required by law to charge 6% CT state sales tax as we are located in CT. 

Our Client Relationships -

We respect and value your privacy. We offer secure online shopping. In order to provide all of our clients with the greatest fashion forward accessories, we do reserve the right to terminate customer relationships should it appear that our products are continuously unable to satisfy a customer. We understand online shopping is sometimes tricky however we want to make our products and services available to customers who purchase with the intent on keeping their satisfactory purchases. Non- refundable merchant fees, shipping fees, and limited quantities make it impossible for us to service customers who buy and return excessively. We understand that this is rarely the case but excessive number of purchases and returns causing termination of our relationship with a customer will be left to our discretion.
