Refund Policy -

Returns and Exchanges:

To ensure quality all items will be fully inspected and tagged before shipping. Items purchased from BangleandClutch.com must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange. Simply follow the instructions.

Custom and special orders, gift certificates, promotional and sale items may not be returned. (For sanitary purposes earrings and hair accessories may not be returned or exchanged, sorry no exceptions). Your item must be returned unused in its original condition, in its original packaging and all labels, stickers and or tags must remain attached. In the event that your purchase has included a free gift with purchase, the free gift must be enclosed with your return and must be in new unused condition. If your free gift has not been included or has been used the retail value of your free gift will be deducted from your refund. Your refund, credit or exchange may be subject to a 30% restocking fee if you do not adhere to the conditions. Expedited and flat rate shipping charges are not refundable.

If you have elected to have your item shipped UPS and it is eligible for an exchange a pre-paid shipping label will be enclosed with your shipment for this purpose. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice. To ensure proper credit, please retain the UPS tracking number until the credit has been posted to your account. If you have elected flat rate shipping via USPS please mail your return or exchange with a copy of your invoice to:
